The African Women Awards recognizes the accomplishments, resilience, and inspiring stories of African women both on the continent and across the diaspora. These women serve as the backbone of their families and communities, playing a vital role in driving growth, stability, and progress. Through the AWA, women actively engage in programs and activities that inspire, uplift, and empower women and girls.

DIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT NETWORK
The Diversity Advancement Network (DAN) is a global initiative that celebrates, unites and empowers all people for the good of society. At DAN, we create unique philanthropic opportunities to celebrate success stories while providing solutions to common issues in marginalized communities through workshops and mentorship programs. We showcase Black excellence, promote unity, advance decolonized perspectives, and advocate for policies that drive economic equity.
Through several programs and initiatives, DAN promotes literacy and skills development while removing systemic barriers and advancing opportunities for youths, women, and people of African descent.

Le Diversity Advancement Network (DAN) est une initiative mondiale qui célèbre, unit et autonomise toutes les personnes pour le bien de la société. Au sein du DAN, nous créons des opportunités philanthropiques uniques pour mettre en lumière les réussites et proposer des solutions aux problèmes communs des communautés marginalisées, grâce à des ateliers et des programmes de mentorat.
